Kittl caught my eye as a middle ground between Canva and heavy tools like Illustrator, and after about 6 weeks of client work in it, that feels accurate. The big win for me is typography and layout. The text effects, smart outlines, and the way it handles vintage-style type are genuinely better than what I get in most browser tools. Combining that with the AI image generator inside the same canvas makes social posts and merch designs much faster, since I can go from prompt to finished mockup without jumping between apps. The template library is solid for marketing graphics and print on demand, and the infinite canvas feels surprisingly close to a desktop app in day-to-day use. It is not perfect though. The Pro plan pricing starts to sting once you ramp up usage, and some of the more advanced controls still have a learning curve if you are used to Adobe. Also, being web only means you really notice it on a bad connection. Overall, though, it has earned a real place in my workflow.

Shifted most client social graphics to Kittl over the last 3 months. The AI image generation plus vintage-style text effects are excellent, but I do miss a bigger template library and a desktop app.
