The pronunciation library has been a life saver for brand names and technical jargon, and the "Say It My Way" style controls make it easier to get rid of that slightly robotic cadence. That said, some voices still struggle with strong emotion or sarcasm, so I occasionally need extra takes or manual tweaks.
