Use this page to request deletion of your AI or Not app account and associated personal data — required by Google Play for apps with account creation and aligned with Apple App Store account-deletion expectations. No login required.

English — How to delete your account

AI or Not lets you play with an anonymous account or an optional linked Google/Apple account. You can delete your account and associated personal data as follows:

1. In the app (recommended): Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. The deletion workflow starts immediately.
2. By email: Send a request from the email linked to your account (if any) to admin@best-ai-tools.org with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your display name or user ID if shown in the app.

What we delete

• Your user account and authentication identifiers
• Linked email, name, and profile data (if you used Google/Apple sign-in)
• Game progress, scores, XP, streaks, and synced settings
• Support correspondence tied to your account (unless retention is required by law)

What may be retained (temporarily)

• Leaderboard entries may be anonymised (display name removed) rather than deleted, to preserve leaderboard integrity
• Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten
• Server logs (e.g. IP addresses) retained by our infrastructure provider for security, per their retention policy
• Data we must retain to comply with legal obligations

Temporary deactivation, freezing, or hiding of an account is not treated as account deletion. When deletion is requested, we delete the account and associated personal data unless a limited retention reason listed above applies.

Processing time: We process deletion requests within 30 days (usually sooner). You will receive confirmation by email if you contacted us by email.

This action is permanent. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Anonymous progress on a device without linked sign-in may already be lost if you cleared app data.
